Eric Jones
Eric specializes in helping wealth management organizations optimize their business models, structure product and investment offerings, and develop actionable product and investment communications. He brings 25+ years of experience leading product and investment teams, developing innovative financial products and services, creating compelling communications, and leveraging technology and data to deliver differentiated products and services at scale.

Over the course of his career, Eric has held senior roles leading retail products, advisory services and broker dealer, life insurance, and trust divisions. Products and services have included the full spectrum of wealth management solutions: investment and portfolio management, brokerage services, IRAs, mutual funds, managed accounts, trust services, insurance and annuities, retail and retirement planning and investment advice, and wealth/estate planning for HNW/UHNW clients.
Prior to founding FINsights, Eric was Chief Investment Officer of TIAA Trust, FSB, where he was responsible for $70 billion in discretionary AUM across 1,500+ strategies and 100,000+ client accounts.
Eric is the co-author of three books on the financial markets and trading: Hedging Foreign Exchange, Mind Over Markets, and Markets in Profile. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Ben Schein
Ben is a seasoned analytics specialist and data consultant with a diverse track record of project experience across global markets and industries. Ben specializes in helping organizations to unpack and untangle complex data assets, enabling them to improve their understanding of internal operations & identify actionable areas for improvement.
Before joining FINsights, Ben worked as a member of specialized teams in both Big 4 and boutique-size consulting firms serving a number of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations. His portfolio of engagement experience includes serving as boots-on-the-ground for risk assessments, internal audits, pre- and post-acquisition due diligence, data remediation and reporting issues, third-party due diligence, and organizational gap assessments, among other initiatives.
Ben holds a B.B.A. from the University of Miami and is a current Executive MBA candidate (thesis pending).
